The Broker/Owner of the Dallas office, Janet Marcum, was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from Bishop Dunne Catholic School in Oak Cliff. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Texas Tech University. In addition to having her Broker license, she is also a Certified Public Accountant. She has over 15 years of combined experience in mortgage loan servicing, residential real estate, and property management. In the DFW office, Janet represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. She is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a notary, and holds the At Home With Diversity certification.

Our Sales Agent, Karen Trejo, is a bilingual Associate Realtor who is a native of the Dallas area. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and then attended SMU and Brookhaven College. Karen's love of real estate led her to a 12 year career in mortgage lending, where she worked with top banks like Chase, Washington Mutual, and BBVA Compass. She earned her NMLS lending licensure and specialized in CRA/Low to Moderate income loans and various down payment assistance programs benefiting her buyers. Ready for a new challenge, Karen received her real estate license in 2001. As an Associate, she especially enjoys assisting first time homebuyers looking for their dream home by putting her expertise to use in finding personalized loans to better fit their needs. With strong ties to her community, and the ability to market homes effectively, Karen is also a great asset for owners looking to sell their property. Karen is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a licensed Notary in the State of Texas.
